Administrative Assistant
We are looking for hardworking candidate, who like to learn new things every day, to assist in ongoing administrative handling of office needs, accounting, mail handling and payment processing.
Requirements
- Excellent interpersonal communication
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office applications (including Excel)
- Advantage with previous experience in the digital world – preparing reports
- Able to multitask and work with multiple clients simultaneously
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
- General knowledge in bookkeeping/accounting

- The position is available for both men and women
- This is an in-office position preferably in our new branch in Ramot Hashavim (near Ra’annana South Junction), although there’s an option to work from our main office in Moshav Gea (near Ashkelon)
- Part-time (also suitable for candidates who want to develop and grow)
